Local Work:
Serve families in Central Phoenix and nearby communities. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and/or in the new Mesa clinic under BCBA supervision. Collect and record accurate data to drive treatment success. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with fidelity. Collaborate with your supervising BCBA to ensure client progress. Foster positive, engaging learning environments for every child. What We're Looking For We're seeking professional, compassionate RBTs who: Hold an active RBT certification through the BACB. Have reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Demonstrate strong communication, professionalism, and integrity. Bring enthusiasm, patience, and dedication to each session .
