Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)$22-$28 per hour | Part-Time | 10-25 Hours per Week | Greater Tucson, Arizona No prior ABA experience or RBT certification required. Adora Alliance is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Services are provided in client homes, our clinic, schools, community settings, and outdoor environments throughout Greater Tucson. What We Offer Competitive pay of $22-$28 per hour , based on experience and credentials Paid RBT training, examination, and certification-related fees Pay increase after successfully obtaining RBT certification Ongoing BCBA supervision, coaching, and professional development Mileage reimbursement for travel between client appointments Paid sick time, holidays, and personal time off Opportunities for advancement and promotion 401(k) with employer matching for eligible employees Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for eligible full-time employees Schedule Approximately 10-25 hours per week Primarily weekday afternoons and evenings after school Weekend availability is preferred What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies to develop communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills Collect accurate data and complete required session documentation Communicate professionally with families, teachers, BCBAs, and other treatment-team members Participate in supervision, training, and professional development Follow all clinical, ethical, safety, and professional standards Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years old High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Greater Tucson Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Dependable, patient, compassionate, and willing to learn Comfortable working directly with children in home, clinic, school, community, and outdoor settings Willing to receive and apply feedback from a supervising BCBA Candidates hired without an RBT credential must complete the certification process within 30 days of employment. Adora Alliance provides the required training and covers certification-related fees and examination costs. Preferred Experience Prior experience is helpful but not required.
