Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist

Helping Hands Behavior Therapy is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for a child diagnosed with autism. This client presents with high levels of aggression, and we are looking for someone with the skills, patience, and experience to manage challenging behaviors effectively.

Qualifications:

Experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities. Demonstrated ability to implement behavior intervention plans with consistency. Comfortable and confident managing aggressive and challenging behaviors (training and support provided). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must be reliable, patient, and able to remain calm under pressure.

Additional Information:

This position involves working closely with a child who exhibits high aggression , and applicants should be physically and emotionally prepared to support safety protocols and follow intervention strategies.
