Elementary School District (Itinerant Position) About the
Role:
We're seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive elementary school district for the 2026-2027 school year. In this itinerant role, you'll collaborate with educators and student support teams to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions that promote student success across multiple school settings. Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Support students with behavioral needs ranging from mild to severe Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, counselors, social workers, administrators, and fellow BCBAs Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavior-related recommendations Provide training and consultation to school staff regarding behavior management strategies Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with
