BCBA/ LMFT/LCSW
Community Integrated Work Program - Behavioral Services is currently looking for a full-time BCBA or a licensed professional, to join our dedicated team. We are seeking individuals with experience supporting adults who have developmental disabilities, autism, and/or mental health challenges. This position is in-person.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop Behavior Intervention Plans Lead meetings with clients, and other stakeholders Meet with clients as needed. Make client observations in the field and guide/role model for staff as needed. Collaborate with staff and implement ABA programs and protocols as needed. Attend team meetings, and staff meetings as scheduled. Oversee and monitor the creation of individualized daily activity schedules designed to promote positive behavioral change Assist the program director with Behavior Interventionists oversight and and other responsibilities as needed Provide training and field guidance to Behavior Interventionists Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Position Requirements:
Valid certification of
BCBA/LMFT/LCSW
Masters Degree Ability to provide and/or obtain negative TB test results Valid California Driver's license and proof of insurance and reliable transportation with clean record Ability to clear
FBI & DOJ
fingerprinting (Live Scan) Employee Management Experience - 2 year minimum
Preferred Experience:
  • At least two years of practical experience in applied behavior intervention with individuals who have developmental disabilities.
  • Comprehensive experience in writing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) for a full caseload of clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other health professionals and regional center staff.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation
