  • Apple Valley, CA 2026-2027 School Year We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students within a school-based setting in the Apple Valley, California area for the 2026-2027 school year.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative educational team dedicated to student growth and success.

35 hours per week
Compensation:
$70
  • 75 per hour Weekly Pay Available Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide behavioral consultation and support to school staff and families Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success Train staff on behavior management strategies and implementation Qualifications Active BCBA certification required Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working in school settings preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Benefits May Include Competitive compensation package Health, dental, and vision benefits Supportive school and clinical team environment Professional development opportunities We are seeking passionate professionals committed to helping students thrive behaviorally, socially, and academically.
