Job Description

Position Summary The BCBA / Program Director is responsible for the clinical, operational, and administrative oversight of the Adult Day Program at CALL. This role ensures high-quality, person-centered services for adults with developmental disabilities, including individuals with significant behavioral needs, while leading staff and supporting program development. Key Responsibilities Clinical Oversight (BCBA Role) Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide ongoing data analysis and progress monitoring Train staff in behavior strategies and de-escalation techniques Ensure services meet professional and ethical standards Program Management Oversee daily operations of the Adult Day Program Ensure programming is structured, meaningful, and person-centered Maintain schedules, staffing coverage, and program quality Implement continuous program improvements Staff Supervision & Development Supervise and support direct support professionals and program staff Provide coaching, feedback, and training Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management Promote a positive and accountable team environment Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with Title 17, Title 22, DDS, and regional center requirements Oversee progress notes, behavior data, and incident reports Prepare for audits and licensing visits Maintain accurate and confidential records Individual Support Planning Participate in IPP/ISP meetings Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams Ensure services align with individual goals Advocate for participant needs Safety & Crisis Management Oversee crisis intervention strategies Ensure staff are trained in safety procedures Respond to incidents and ensure proper follow-up Maintain a safe program environment Administrative & Strategic Responsibilities Support budgeting and resource allocation Track program metrics and outcomes Identify opportunities for growth and improvement Clinical & Training Requirements A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Behavior Management Consultant (Title 17 CCR Section 54342(a)) must provide behavioral services at a minimum of 2 hours per participant per month, or averaged semi-annually Hours may be prorated based on part-time attendance This requirement must be in place by December 31, 2025 Direct service staff must complete one-time behavior-focused training aligned with

40-hour training requirements New staff: within 12 months of hire Existing staff: by June 30, 2026 The program will maintain ongoing annual training based on participant needs
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
