Job Description

Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting students in the PreK-8th grade range for the upcoming 26/27 school year. This full-time, onsite position offers you the chance to make a lasting impact while serving across 2-3 school sites in a vibrant educational setting near Atwater, CA.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA credential with national certification Experience designing and implementing behavioral plans in school environments preferred Strong collaboration skills to work alongside educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Commitment to ethical practice and evidence-based interventions
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments for students across multiple grade levels Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Provide coaching and guidance to school staff and families on behavior management strategies Collect and analyze data to inform ongoing intervention adjustments Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and collaborate on student support plans Travel between assigned school sites as needed throughout the week
