This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve while working in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track progress and adjust interventions accordingly Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to ensure fidelity of treatment delivery Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care and support services Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations Participate in intake assessments and patient care planning to establish effective intervention strategies Qualifications Certified BCBA with a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism. Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments. Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies.
