Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA DV Therapy - 4.1 Bakersfield, CA Job Details Full-time $70,000 - $80,000 a year 21 hours ago Qualifications Master's degree Team management Behavior analysis BCBA Full Job Description DV Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our multidisciplinary team. In this leadership role, you'll oversee ABA treatment programs, mentor clinical staff, and collaborate with families to ensure effective, compassionate care. If you're a proactive leader with a strong clinical background and a passion for improving lives—we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Design, evaluate, and implement individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise and train clinical staff, providing ongoing feedback and support Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies Collaborate with caregivers to teach behavior intervention techniques Monitor documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development Assist with scheduling, billing, and documentation processes
