Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Possession of a valid

California Credential:

Pupil Personnel Services - School Psychology English Learner Authorization At least three recent letters of recommendation demonstrating professional excellence Proven ability to collaborate within school teams and provide effective clinical guidance

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver ongoing clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) throughout the school year Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and administrators to create and implement behavior intervention plans Monitor student progress, assess data, and adjust strategies to ensure the best outcomes Contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive educational environment for students with diverse needs Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal documentation and reporting requirements
