Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team of professionals providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with ASD and other developmental disabilities. As a BT, you will work closely with our experienced therapists to implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support children in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Behavior Analysts and other team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Implement ABA therapy techniques and skills training in various settings, including home, school, and community Collect and record data on child behavior, progress, and outcomes Support and provide direction to children with ASD and other developmental disabilities Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the child's treatment plan Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required No prior experience necessary (we provide comprehensive training) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances Must have a reliable means of transportation
