This is an early-stage opportunity for a BCBA who wants strong clinical work today and the opportunity to grow into meaningful leadership as the organization expands. You'll work alongside an experienced Senior Clinical Lead who is establishing MindBloom's clinical standards, documentation systems, quality framework, and clinical infrastructure. You will serve as the local treating BCBA, bringing those systems into practice and providing clinical leadership for clients and RBTs in Los Angeles. What You'll Do Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide case-level clinical oversight and supervision Supervise and mentor RBTs Maintain high standards for clinical documentation and treatment quality Collaborate with senior clinical leadership on clinical workflows and implementation Help shape practical operations as MindBloom begins serving families Take on greater clinical leadership responsibility as the organization grows Leadership Opportunity We are intentionally hiring our first local BCBA with the future in mind. What We're Looking For Active BCBA certification 1+ year of BCBA experience Located in the Los Angeles area Ability to provide in-home/local clinical services Home- or community-based ABA experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and supervision skills Experience working with and supervising RBTs Interest in clinical leadership and professional growth Compensation & Schedule $70-$75/hour Part-time, flexible schedule Limited hours during the initial pre-launch/credentialing period Hours expected to increase as clients and caseload are added MindBloom is a good fit for a BCBA who values clinical quality, wants access to experienced senior clinical leadership, and is interested in growing with an organization from its earliest stage.
