Desired Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Prior experience working with children or adolescents, particularly in school or educational settings, is strongly preferred Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, coordinators, and families Reliability, flexibility, and a positive, patient attitude Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and document progress meticulously

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) interventions as outlined in students support plans Collect, track, and report data on student behaviors and program effectiveness Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and other school staff Attend IEP meetings and provide input regarding student progress when necessary Encourage skill building and independence in both academic and social contexts In return for your dedication, youll earn between $25 and $31 per hour, with competitive weekly pay so your contributions are recognized promptly.
