CENTER MANAGER
| Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) |
MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
in the Bay Area About the Practice Join a clinician-led pediatric ABA practice that genuinely prioritizes quality of care and staff wellbeing! The practice holds ACQ certification and is dedicated to providing the gold standard of care. BCBAs are active participants in clinical decision-making, caseloads are manageable, and staff retention is consistently high. Hiring is due to clinic growth in order to meet families' needs! The Role Full-time Center Managers are needed to work across clinic and home settings in the Bay area, including San Jose, Vacaville, Livermore, and Lafayette . Every child's program is individualized, with no cookie-cutter curricula or rigid assessment protocols. BCBAs get to do meaningful clinical work alongside in-house SLPs and OTs, backed by a solid team and the administrative support to actually let them focus on clients. Center Manager responsibilities include program development and supervision, as well as leadership and mentorship for all ABA staff in the clinic. What the Role Involves Hold a caseload with a billable goal of 100 hours/month Services split between the clinic and home visits within a 10-mile radius Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM schedule Develop individualized programming for each child on caseload Direct supervision of BTs and RBTs (at least 20% of each client's weekly treatment hours) Provide mentorship to other BCBAs; liaise with admin team to ensure clinic is running smoothly and efficiently Conduct regular parent/caregiver meetings to communicate goals and progress Collaborate with SLP and OT colleagues Hold BCBA team meetings covering ongoing training and team check-ins Document programming and case management in an EMR Be available for parent questions that surface; handle conflicts effectively; ensure productivity goals are being met by clinic staff Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $90-100k+/year $3,000 sign-on bonus , paid out at probationary period milestones Generous monthly performance bonuses (individual and team) — earn up to $125,000 per year! $500/year CEU stipend Cell phone allowance Mileage reimbursement Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO 401(k) + stock options Relocation assistance available! Dedicated teams handling scheduling, billing, authorizations, HR, and client intake, so BCBAs can stay focused on clinical work Requirements Current BCBA certification Master's degree Comfortable working with children across clinic and home settings At least 2 years experience in pediatric clinic setting Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Bilingual Spanish is a plus! Desire to collaborate across disciplines to provide ethical and personalized interventions A heart for kids and families Strong leadership and problem-solving skills •A Note on Credentialing Payor credentialing is handled in-house, and start dates are not delayed while the credentialing process is underway!
