  • Full-time About the Role The Mid-Level Supervisor is a vital member of the TasKids clinical team, playing a key role in supporting client progress and mentoring direct-care staff.
This position is ideal for individuals pursuing advanced clinical growth in ABA who want meaningful supervision experience, a collaborative environment, and a clear path toward BCBA or leadership roles. Supervisors are required to maintain an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential. TasKids will provide training and competency assessments upon hire if needed. Who We're Looking For We're seeking motivated, compassionate clinicians who are eager to grow and contribute to a positive, ethical, and team-centered work environment. Preferred Qualifications (one or more): Current master's student or recent graduate in an ABA or closely related program OR Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant ABA or related experience OR Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) What You'll Do Engage in unrestricted activities at least 80% of the time, aligned with BACB guidelines, including: Caregiver and parent training Behavior analytic report writing Behavioral Skills Training (BST) Preference and skills assessments Treatment planning and program modifications Supervise and support: Behavior Technicians Registered Behavior Technicians Foster collaboration, unity, and professionalism across teams and departments Communicate clearly and respectfully in both written and verbal formats Proactively identify barriers to effective clinical work and seek appropriate support Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, client availability, and evolving policies Respect and incorporate individual differences, cultures, and values into treatment planning Practice effective time management and meet clinical deadlines Actively engage in self-care to support sustainability as a student and clinician Utilize technology (Microsoft Office, mobile devices) efficiently Requirements Negative TB test within 3 weeks of hire Ability to pass a background screening Up-to-date immunizations Valid California driver's license and auto insurance Reliable transportation for local travel
