Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work within a school setting located in Castro Valley, CA. This contract position requires a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive behavioral services and support to students, ensuring effective implementation of behavior intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual learners Perform regular observations to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing coaching Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Active BCBA certification Strong experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs in educational settings Proven ability to supervise and mentor RBTs effectively Excellent observational and assessment skills Comfortable working full-time (37.5 hours per week) in a school environment Effective communication skills with students, staff, and parents
