Job Description

Overview Club Xcite is hiring compassionate, reliable, and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support students in school settings throughout the Rowland Heights area. In this role, you'll work directly with students to implement behavior support strategies, promote positive learning experiences, and help students achieve success both in and out of the classroom.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri; 12pm-6pm (up to 30 hrs/week, school calendar)
Location :
School Sites in Chino and Chino Hills Paid CPI Training classes available in LA area Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA Provide direct support to students in 1:1 or classroom settings Collect and document behavioral data Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff Attend team meetings and training sessions Apply CPI techniques to manage and de-escalate behaviors (training provided if required) Ensure student safety and well-being Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 6 months of ABA, behavioral technician, paraprofessional, or special education experience preferred Experience supporting individuals with behavioral, developmental, or learning needs in structured settings (schools, clinics, ABA agencies, after-school programs, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Willingness to complete paid CPI training through Club Xcite Why Club Xcite Competitive weekly pay Paid CPI training Consistent Monday-Friday daytime schedule School-based work environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and mission-driven team culture Make a lasting impact on students throughout your community Apply today: Submit your resume highlighting your ABA experience About Club Xcite Since 2004, Club Xcite has supported students across California through personalized academic, social, emotional, and behavioral services.
