Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact by bringing your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) expertise to a dynamic school setting. This contract opportunity allows you to collaborate with educators and families to deliver effective behavioral support and interventions for students. You'll help cultivate a positive, productive learning environment and provide critical guidance for staff working with students with special needs.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification is required Prior experience in a school environment or with children/adolescents preferred Knowledge of best practices in behavioral intervention and assessment Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to develop and monitor individualized behavior support plans
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to create individualized strategies Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans Offer ongoing training and consultation to educational staff and parents Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and legal guidelines This position is ideal for independent, dedicated professionals who relish the challenge and reward of helping students succeed in an educational environment.
