We use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), the best practices, research-based methodology for behavior health treatment. Our company consists of highly trained 1:1 therapists, case supervisors, clinical directors, psychologists, and researchers. We develop and implement individualized treatment programs to promote skill acquisition and reduction of maladaptive behaviors. ABA therapists are trained to implement 1:1 behavior intervention programs across settings, in homes, in our clinics, in schools and in various community settings. The initial training includes the 40+ hour training which meets criteria for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Instruction covers Applied Behavior Analysis, discrete trial teaching, behavior management, social skills development, and data collection techniques. Responsibilities We are hiring part-time (min 15 hours per week) and full-time (28 to 35 hours per week) Behavior Therapists. Late afternoon availability (3pm to 6pm at least 3 weekdays per week) is required. The Behavior Therapist will be assigned to clients located near their residence. We have clients in all areas of the county and are looking to hire for all areas (north, central, south and east county). Qualifications and Skills RBT Preferred Experience working with children Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology or Child Development Weekday afternoon availability required (3pm - 6pm) at least 3 days per week Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance No past criminal history Must pass TB test Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality Candidates should possess a caring attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
