We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. About The Position As a BCBA, you will provide direct supervision to our RBTs and hold weekly parent meetings to collaborate with your clients' families and teams to further their progress and independence.

Responsibilities:

Supervise 1:1 ABA therapy in home and/or community-based environments. Develop individualized treatment plans. Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of treatment plans. Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals. Participate in team meetings and training workshops. Ensure that clients are always in a safe and positive environment. You have reliable transportation and are willing to work in homes and centers on a case-by-case basis. You enjoy working with children and are passionate about naturally implemented, individualized ABA. You thrive in a team environment and maintain frequent communication with your RBTs.
