Part-time to full-time roles (mostly afternoons but some mornings and school hours may be available).

Great Pay & Perks:

$19.50

• 30/hour (based on education (AA, BA, MA) and experience) + mileage reimbursement and paid drive time (between clients).

Supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidates , RBT certification support, and advancement opportunities.

What You'll Do:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in homes, schools, or community settings. Implement behavior plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Track progress and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team. Attend trainings and team meetings to grow your skills.

We're Looking For Someone With:

✔ At least 1 year of college . ✔ Interest in psychology, education, or related fields (ideal but not required). ✔ Reliable transportation + valid driver's license. ✔ Compassion, patience, and a desire to learn! ✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish)?
