Job Description

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience working with children or adolescents in a school or educational setting Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices and techniques Previous paraprofessional experience strongly preferred Ability to follow individualized education and behavior intervention plans Collaborative spirit and effective communication skills Flexibility, patience, and a commitment to empowering student growth
Key Responsibilities:
