Qualifications & Experience:

Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required Experience working with K-12 students (1st grade through 12th grade) preferred Skilled in delivering one-on-one ABA interventions in an educational setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, students, and parents Demonstrated ability to collect data, follow behavior intervention plans, and adapt strategies based on student needs Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting student success

Key Responsibilities:
