Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) About A Bright Future, Inc. A Bright Future, Inc. specializes in supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes and communities. We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — a compassionate and driven professional committed to empowering individuals through evidence-based behavioral support, clinical leadership, and meaningful collaboration with care teams.

RBTs, Staff Leads, Assistant Managers, CLIs About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges by designing and implementing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. This is an opportunity to make a direct, meaningful impact—helping individuals build skills, improve quality of life, and achieve greater independence. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral and skills assessments Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans Analyze behaviors to identify function and develop effective interventions Monitor client progress using data-driven decision-making Provide ongoing coaching, training, and supervision to staff Collaborate with families, interdisciplinary teams, and external providers Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and company standards Support crisis intervention and behavioral strategies when needed Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning (as applicable) Compensation $85.00 - 100.00 per hour
What You Bring Education:
Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Experience:
3-5 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related diagnoses Experience supporting individuals with behavioral challenges
Certification:
Active BCBA certification (or BCaBA under BCBA supervision) through BACB Additional Requirements Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Current CPR/First Aid certification Current TB test/PPD or Chest X-Ray (as required) Key Skills & Strengths Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound clinical decisions Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Why Join Us?
