Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Tuition assistance Overview We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others through behavioral therapy interventions.
Schedule Part-time:
12-15 hours per week Shifts are between 2-7:30pm Typical shift length: 3-4 hours Afternoon availability is required Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data on observable client behavior Assist in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment goals Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementing behavioral strategies Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Requirements Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders is preferred Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues Driving is an essential part of this job, Driver License is required
