PM Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be responsible for providing evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) services, including treatment planning, supervision, parent training, and ongoing support for clients and their families. This role requires a commitment to ethical practice, data-driven decision-making, and strong collaboration with team members. Key Duties and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
Client Services & Documentation:
Direct Service Delivery:
Attend clinic sessions (and/or in-home/community/school) based on a self-created weekly schedule, ensuring efficient utilization of scheduled hours.
Documentation & Billing:
Promptly complete and submit session documentation immediately after each session. Obtain caregiver signatures for all rendered sessions. Ensure all billable hours have sufficient and timely session documentation to meet insurance payor requirements. Notify the administration team immediately if a session cannot be rendered to facilitate resolution.
Treatment Planning & Reporting:
Conduct monthly parent meetings to discuss client progress and treatment goals. Produce comprehensive progress reports and treatment plans that adhere to regulatory agency and funding source requirements and submission timelines.
Supervision & Training:
Field Supervision:
Provide direct field supervision to Behavior Interventionists (BIs), RBTs, and Program Supervisors as required for assigned cases, ensuring high-quality service delivery and program fidelity.
Telehealth Supervision:
Conduct telehealth parent training sessions.
Billable Supervision:
Understand and adhere to billing guidelines:

Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance company efficiency and service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB. Current state licensure (if applicable). Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising ABA programs. Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and professional conduct for BCBAs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sessions as required. Successful completion of background check and all required screenings.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform tasks that require fine motor skills, such as writing and typing. Ability to maintain physical activity for extended periods.
