Candidates must be willing to travel up to 20 miles for assignments. Assignments are based on client availability, scheduling needs, and geographic proximity . Reliable transportation is required. Rooted in integrity, inclusion, and respect, our in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services empower children and families to thrive in the environments where they feel most comfortable and supported. Position Summary We are seeking committed and empathetic Part-Time In-Home Behavioral Technicians to provide individualized ABA therapy to children in the comfort of their homes. Under the clinical guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in supporting each child's growth, skill development, and emotional well-being. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to work directly with children and families while building a career in behavioral health in a flexible and supportive setting. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the child's home, focusing on skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and social-emotional development. Implement individualized treatment plans designed and supervised by a BCBA. Collect accurate behavioral data and session notes using electronic data collection systems. Establish a positive, trusting rapport with the child and their family. Maintain consistent communication with clinical supervisors to ensure quality of care. Participate in required trainings and team meetings to support your professional development and effectiveness in the field. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred. Experience working with children, especially those with special needs, is highly valued. Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong communication skills. Ability to work independently in family homes while adhering to ethical and professional standards. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes within the service area. Must pass a background check and complete or be willing to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (training provided). Must be able to lift and carry 25-30 pounds. Schedule & Availability Part-time, (afternoons, evenings, and weekends available). Consistent weekly schedules developed with your input and client needs in mind.
