Ro Health is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in local school districts for the 2026-2027 school year. Whether you're an experienced behavior professional or newer to the field and looking to grow your career in ABA, Ro Health provides the training, support, and advancement opportunities to help you succeed. What You'll Do Behavior Technicians provide behavioral and educational support to students in a school setting using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Providers are assigned to one of two support models based on district needs. 1:1 Student Support As a 1:1 Behavior Technician, you'll accompany one student throughout their school day, providing individualized behavioral and academic support. You'll help your student stay engaged, remain on task, navigate classroom routines, and work toward their behavioral goals while collaborating closely with teachers and school staff. Classroom Support As a Classroom Behavior Technician, you'll work alongside a teacher in a single classroom, providing behavioral support wherever it's needed most. Every day is different—you may assist multiple students, help implement behavior plans, and contribute to creating a positive, productive learning environment. Advance Your Career with Ro HealthPaid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training We believe in investing in our providers. If you're not already an RBT, we'll help you get there through our paid 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training program , which includes BCBA supervision, hands-on guidance, and support throughout the certification process. Once certified, you'll have the opportunity to move into a higher-paying RBT role.
Compensation Behavior Technician:
$26.00-28.00/hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): $29.00-$32.00/hour Why Join Ro Health? Hours:
Monday-Friday, generally 8:00 AM-3:00 PM No evenings, weekends, or major holidays Responsibilities Provide behavioral support in either a 1:1 or classroom setting Implement ABA strategies to support student success Build positive relationships with students, teachers, and school staff Communicate clearly and professionally with children and adults Maintain a calm, patient, and supportive approach in challenging situations Assist with toileting or diapering needs when required on a case-by-case basis Perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, crouching, and lifting up to 40 pounds as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred Minimum 6 months of ABA experience required: We will accept a completed training course certificate if you do not have 6 months ABA experience: (https://autismpartnershipfoundation.org/product/rbt/) Previous school-based experience preferred Strong observation and behavior management skills Passion for supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Benefits Benefits vary based on employment status and may include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer matching Paid time off and sick leave Paid professional training Weekly direct deposit Flexible scheduling Professional development opportunities Employee referral program About Ro Health Ro Health is a rapidly growing healthcare staffing agency with more than a decade of experience partnering with schools to provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare and behavioral support professionals.
