We are seeking two highly skilled professionals for contract roles, starting August 3, 2026, through May 26, 2027. Qualifications & Experience:

Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Demonstrated recent experience working in a school-based environment Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles in educational contexts Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with educators, students, and families Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to implement and monitor evidence-based interventions Provide ongoing coaching and training to school staff and families to support student progress Track and analyze behavioral data to drive program effectiveness and inform decision making Ensure compliance with IEP goals, district policies, and best practice standards
