This onsite opportunity allows you to work one-on-one with a student as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), helping them achieve their fullest potential through evidence-based behavioral strategies and skill-building interventions. This full-time role runs from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and is perfectly suited for a compassionate, driven RBT who is committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

Desired Qualifications:

Active BACB Registered Behavior Technician Certification. Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings. Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, professional, and dedicated to supporting students individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Support a student on a 1:1 basis, following designated treatment and behavior plans. Collaborate with school-based teams, including special education staff and supervisors. Implement ABA techniques as outlined by supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. Collect accurate data and maintain thorough documentation of student progress. Foster a safe, encouraging, and consistent atmosphere in the classroom and throughout the school day. Adapt strategies to address a range of behavioral, social, and communication needs.
