Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students from 1st through 12th grade as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This role is designed for passionate professionals eager to make a tangible difference, working one-on-one to foster educational growth and support positive behavioral change in a dynamic school environment.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
Current RBT certification required Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral settings Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Comfort with a one-on-one caseload, tailoring interventions to unique student needs Exceptional communication skills with students, educators, and families Adaptability with experience serving a range of elementary, middle, and high school students
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students in grades 112 Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and school staff to align supports and strategies Collect and document data on student behaviors and progress, adjusting interventions as needed Foster engagement, independence, and skill development during both academic and functional activities Monitor and encourage positive classroom participation and inclusion Provide feedback and education to families as part of each students success This contract position invites you to expand your expertise and contribute essential support at every grade level.
