Sunbelt has an immediate need for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a thirty hour per week position providing direct behavioral support services to students in the Dixon, California area. This is a great opportunity for a compassionate professional looking to make a meaningful impact through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

Responsibilities Include:

Implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA Providing direct one-on-one behavioral support to students, including skill acquisition and behavior modification programs Monitoring and recording accurate data on student progress and behavior Communicating effectively with supervising BCBA, families, and care team members regarding student progress Assisting in maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all

HIPAA/FERPA

guidelines as applicable

Qualifications:

Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) High school diploma or equivalent required Recent experience working with children/individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities Reliable transportation to travel within the Dixon, CA area Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills Ability to pass a background check and any required health screenings Apply today to join a team dedicated to improving outcomes for individuals and families in the Dixon community!
