Role:
Pay:

$22

•$27/HR (dependent on education and experience in the field or related industry).

Schedule:

Part Time (with the potential to reach Full Time), weekdays 3:00pm

•6:00 pm.

Start Dates:

Multiple start dates, start when you're ready! As a Behavior Interventionist at Building Connections Behavioral Health, you'll provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children and teens (ages 0-21) in homes, schools, and community settings. You'll help build independence, teach essential life skills, and support families every step of the way.

What You'll Do:

Provide individualized ABA therapy at home, in schools, or in the community. Teach communication, social, play, and self-help skills. Implement behavior support plans and track client progress. Play, engage, and celebrate every milestone with your clients. Collaborate with families and provide parent education. Maintain a safe and positive environment.

Who We're Looking For:
Preferred:

RBT certification & experience with children on the autism spectrum (willingness to get RBT within 90 days).

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

Bachelor's in a related field. Passion for helping children succeed and grow. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Required immunizations including MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis), Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hep B, and TB clearance (within 4 years).
