Your Role:
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing personalized intervention protocols that make a real impact on children's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct instruction and therapeutic support to children in their homes and clinical settings. Ensure a safe and confidential environment for all clients. Collect and chart data to track progress and adapt strategies. Maintain organized learner binders and documentation. Follow best practices in ABA to ensure high-quality educational experiences. Contribute to Assessment/Observation Reports to inform ongoing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
A Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience with developmentally challenged individuals is a plus, but not necessary—your enthusiasm and commitment are what matter most! A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance are essential. Must clear a Department of Justice background check and have a recent TB test (both reimbursed). Why Join Us?
