Job Description
Early Intervention Specialist - Leading Behavioral Change Leading Behavioral Change (LBC) is seeking a caring and motivated Early Intervention Specialist to support young children with developmental and behavioral needs. You will provide home‑based ABA services, help children build essential skills, and work closely with families to promote meaningful progress. Responsibilities Deliver individualized ABA‑based intervention sessions Assist with intake observations and treatment planning Collect and document accurate data on client progress Support communication, social, play, and behavior‑skill development Collaborate with families to reinforce strategies across settings Maintain HIPAA‑compliant records and follow LBC protocols Ensure a safe, positive environment during all sessions Requirements BA or BS in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Social Work, or related field Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior‑support strategies Strong documentation and data‑collection skills Familiarity with HIPAA and confidential record‑keeping Effective communication with families and clinical staff Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting child development Join a supportive team dedicated to helping children thrive.
