• Key Responsibilities:

• + Provide 1:1 and small group behavior support + Implement ABA strategies to encourage positive behaviors + Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques + Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress + Support students in building independence and confidence + Collaborate with school staff to create a safe, inclusive learning environment

• Qualifications:

• + High school diploma or GED (required) + Experience in behavior intervention or education (preferred) + Strong communication and teamwork skills + Positive attitude and willingness to learn + Passion for working with children and making a difference
