Ideal Qualifications:
Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 populations Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to various student needs and work well within a multidisciplinary team Dedication to maintaining an inclusive and supportive classroom culture
What Youll Do:
Implement one-on-one and group behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data on student progress and behavior Support the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students across multiple grade levels Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure cohesive care Contribute to the development, monitoring, and adjustment of intervention strategies as needed Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to best practices in student confidentiality This role places you at the forefront of meaningful intervention work, helping students build essential skills for academic and social success across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
