• 22/hr | Paid Training Job Description About the Role We are seeking compassionate and energetic individuals to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.

As a Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist), you will help children build critical life skills through play-based and structured learning activities. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a direct and lasting impact. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic and client home settings Teach and reinforce key developmental skills, including: Communication and language skills Social and play skills Daily living and self-help skills Emotional regulation and coping strategies Safety awareness and behavioral skills Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision Track progress and complete session documentation Use play-based, engaging techniques to keep children motivated
