Youll work directly with students in grades 1 through 12, implementing behavior intervention plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to foster positive learning experiences. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active RBT certification required Experience supporting K-12 students, particularly in one-on-one or small group settings Familiarity with behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate, student-centered approach Ability to observe, collect, and document behavioral data accurately Strong collaboration skills with teachers, therapists, and administrative staff Detail-oriented and able to adapt to the needs of varying grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized behavioral interventions for students from 1st through 12th grade Work closely with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and school staff Track and report student progress and behavioral data consistently Adapt intervention techniques to align with each students unique learning style and needs Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages positive behaviors and academic growth
