Overview:
School-setting Full-time/part-time schedules M-F, generally 8am-3pm; weekends off
Pay:
$85/hr
Responsibilities:
Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with developmental disabilities and autism. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. RBT supervision Proficient in data collection methods and analysis to inform treatment decisions. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals.
