Qualifications:

Must hold active BCBA certification Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor 1-2 RBTs Excellent organizational and communication skills Commitment to full-time schedule: 8 am-4 pm, ASAP through June 11, 2027

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage behavioral programs across four school locations Supervise, support, and mentor 1-2 RBTs per assignment Conduct assessments, create intervention strategies, and monitor student progress Collaborate with educational teams, parents, and administrators to ensure effective support Maintain comprehensive documentation and compliance with all state and district guidelines
