Center-Based Behavior Technician (Full-Time)
Pay:
$23.00 - $28. 00 per hour
Schedule:

What Makes This Role Unique Guaranteed full-time hours in a predictable, Monday - Friday schedule Center-based work only - no travel, no mileage, no last-minute cancellations Ongoing paid training, including paid RBT certification A collaborative, supportive clinical environment with on-site BCBA support Clear pathways for growth within The Stepping Stones Group network What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician, you'll work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children with Autism build critical skills for communication, learning, independence, and social connection.
You will:
Implement individualized ABA therapy programs Teach communication, play, social, and daily living skills Support children through challenging behaviors using evidence-based strategies Track and record behavioral data Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team Maintain a clean, organized therapy environment Assist with toileting or diapering when needed Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing clinical development What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children (childcare, early childhood, camps, classrooms, etc.) Capacity for full-time, Monday - Friday hours Ability to meet physical demands (sitting on the floor, lifting up to 50 lbs, engaging in active play) Annual flu vaccination Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills A desire to make a meaningful difference in children's lives Your Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays Paid RBT training & certification Medical, dental, vision, disability & life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Competitive wage increases Supportive, well-resourced center with structured systems and mentorship A mission-driven workplace that values you and the work you do About Community Autism Services Community Autism Services, part of The Stepping Stones Group, is committed to transforming lives through high-quality therapeutic and behavioral services.
