Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a lasting impact supporting students in an educational setting by sharing your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This contract opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with fellow professionals, innovate behavioral strategies, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of students and their families.
Qualifications & Experience:
Current BCBA certification, active and in good standing Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and methodologies Ability to develop and interpret functional behavior assessments and individualized behavior intervention plans Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families Organizational skills for maintaining timely records and progress documentation Adaptable, solution-oriented mindset in dynamic educational environments
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments for assigned students Create, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Provide consultation, modeling, and support to school staff and families Collect, analyze, and report behavioral data to guide interventions and track progress Deliver training and professional development to support staff in implementing effective behavior management strategies Attend IEP meetings to provide behavioral expertise and input Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and administrators to develop positive, inclusive school environments
