9689236-94544 Job Description Make a meaningful impact supporting elementary students as a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a dynamic school setting near Hayward, CA. This full-time, school-year contract offers the opportunity to backfill an essential position within a mild/moderate Special Day Class (SDC) classroom. Guided by BCBA supervision, youll collaborate closely with educational teams to promote student success and growth.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

Active RBT certification required Experience with elementary-aged students preferred Background in mild/moderate SDC or similar is highly valued Previous school-based experience is a plus Comfortable with onsite interviews and campus-based work Willing to complete both district and agency onboarding, including fingerprinting

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Support students social, emotional, and behavioral development within the SDC classroom Collect and document session data regularly to track student progress Collaborate with teachers and school staff to optimize learning outcomes Communicate effectively with team members, contributing to a positive, supportive educational environment Ensure a safe, respectful, and encouraging atmosphere for all students Why Consider This Opportunity?
