Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Bachelor's or Masters in Psychology, Education, or related field Demonstrated strength in ABA practice with school-age populations Experience managing complex and diverse caseloads Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Oversee 52 cases spanning initial evaluations, ongoing services, and FBAs Deliver yearly and weekly ABA services per student plans Provide consultative guidance to staff on modified duty Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and adjust treatment plans Document progress and communicate clearly with families and school personnel
