Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience working in schools, especially in roles such as Paraprofessional or RBT, is highly desired Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Ability to implement behavioral intervention plans with consistency Skilled in data collection, documentation, and progress monitoring Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families Adaptability and patience in fast-paced educational environments Must be dependable and able to meet contract commitments

What Youll Do:

Support students individually or in small groups to encourage positive behavioral and academic outcomes Implement intervention strategies designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Accurately record and report student data related to behavior and skill acquisition Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate ABA strategies into the classroom Assist with the design and revision of individualized programs under supervision Provide guidance and encouragement to promote the independence of students Participate in meetings, training, and ongoing professional development as assigned This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable school-based experience while making a real impact in students lives.
