Pay:
$21.00 - $26.00 per hour- Employee Benefits

- Receive comprehensive ABA training to ensure readiness from day one
- Paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification training
- Job Duties
- Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
- Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
- Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
- 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
- Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Full-time schedules of 7:45am-3:30pm in schools and 7:45am-7:00pm for combined settings.
- Part-time schedules starting from 3:00pm - flexibility for those juggling between school!
- Able to commute up to 5-10 miles or 30-45 minutes
- Childcare experience required
