Grace Connections ABA is a small, clinician-led pediatric practice in Orange County. We work with children in their homes, and we want every family and every person on our team to be known by name. Our belief We practice assent-based ABA. Connection before compliance. When a child tells us no, stop, or break, in words or through behavior, we listen. If that's how you want to work with kids, you'll fit here. Pay $23-$28 per hour , depending on your certification and experience. You're paid for drive time between clients, and mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Why technicians like it here Steady clients. Schedule Most sessions are weekday afternoons and early evenings, when kids are home from school. Some morning availability helps. Tell us the hours you have and we'll build around them. Hours grow as our caseload grows. What you'll do Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions with children at home and in the community, following the treatment plan your BCBA writes Collect session data and write accurate notes Help parents carry strategies over between sessions Meet regularly with your supervising BCBA Who we're looking for RBT certification preferred. Not certified yet but have experience with kids and want to get certified? Tell us. We're open to it. High school diploma or equivalent. Coursework in psychology, education or child development is a plus. Experience with children, especially children with autism. Classroom, camp, caregiving and professional experience all count.
