Qualifications and Experience:
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and data collection Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans Strong communication and teamwork skills Demonstrated reliability and professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one and group behavioral interventions for students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Assist in developing, reviewing, and revising behavior support plans Record and analyze behavioral data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with educators and family members to support generalization of skills across environments Maintain accurate session notes and documentation Support classroom management and promote positive behavioral practices throughout the school day This contract role offers the chance to gain invaluable experience within a school community while helping students build essential skills in a supportive setting.
